ProductIntroduction
The XF-02 Hall flowmeter is manufactured according to gb1482-2010-T standard funnel method (Hall flowmeter replaces GB1479-84 and GB1482-84 standard specifications. It is used to test the flow velocity and loose packing density of metal powder and non-metal powder.
This method is only suitable for powder that can flow freely through a standard funnel with a diameter of 2.5mm or 5.0mm.The rest of this standard specifies a method for the determination of powder bulk density that cannot be determined through a standard funnel with an aperture of 5.0mm.
How it works:

Device Structure
1. Funnel: Standard funnel hole diameter D has two specifications, one is 2.5mm in diameter;One is 5.0mm in diameter

2. Funnel Angle: 60 degrees
3. Cylindrical cup: volume 25± 0.05cm3, internal meridian 31±1mm.
4. Fabrication of cups and funnels: The cups and funnels shall be made of non-magnetic corrosion-resistant metal with walls of sufficient thickness and hardness to prevent deformation and excessive wear, usually brass or stainless steel.The inner surface of the funnel and cup should be carefully polished.
5. Bracket and base: Bracket is used for fixing funnel.The base must be horizontal and firm, free from vibration, and used for mounting bracket and cup.The distance between the bottom of the funnel hole and the top of the cup is 25mm, which can be adjusted by positioning block. The funnel and the cup must be concentric.
5. Balance (supplied by the user) : There should be enough measuring range to accurately weigh the sample to 0.01g.
